Conservatory Rebuild and Kitchen Extension

Brief: Kairos Construction were asked to carry out a major ground-floor refurbishment, including the replacement of an existing conservatory with a new kitchen extension, alongside the complete refit of an upstairs bathroom and downstairs WC.

Solution: We stripped out the existing bathrooms, kitchen and conservatory before constructing a new timber-framed kitchen extension. Works included upgraded insulation, external cladding and roofing, new electrical and plumbing installations, plastering, bathroom and kitchen fitting, carpentry and full decoration throughout.

Result: The project is transforming the property into a modern, practical and cohesive family home, with improved living space, upgraded facilities and a high-quality finish throughout.
