Brief: Kairos Construction were asked to replace an old PVC conservatory with a high-quality garden room, while opening up the adjoining lounge and upgrading several areas throughout the ground floor.

Solution: We created a fully insulated oak-clad structure using the existing masonry dwarf walls, complete with a tiled roof, solid oak joinery and sliding doors. Structural alterations opened the new garden room into the lounge, alongside new electrics, plumbing, plastering, flooring, decoration, front door, WC upgrades and the installation of a log-burning stove.

Result: The completed project has transformed the ground floor into a bright, warm and cohesive living space, with continuous oak finishes and a beautifully crafted garden room that can be enjoyed comfortably throughout the year.
