Brief: Kairos Construction were appointed to carry out a major renovation of an existing commercial building in North Devon, transforming the dated structure and preparing it for a complete new fit-out.

Solution: We stripped the building back to its steel frame before installing new footings, blockwork and replacement roof framing. The structure was upgraded with insulated anthracite box-profile cladding, timber-effect larch detailing and newly rendered lower-level blockwork, creating a fully renewed and weatherproof exterior.

Result: Phase one had completely transformed the building, providing a modern, robust shell ready for the next stage of the project, including a new entrance porch and full interior auction house fit-out.
